Returns

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your WIT Fitness purchase, you can return the item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase provided ALL items still have their original tags attached to them and are in their original box (where applicable). 

If you are returning any of the Partner+ brands listed below, please refer to the final section of this page, titled "Returning a Partner+ Item".

Returns Policy

 

We now offer exchanges and returns for an online credit note for free within the UK. Returns for a cash refund will incur a £4.99 restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Customers returning from outside of the UK will be responsible for the cost of the return, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns must be made within 30 days from the delivery date.

All returns should be in ‘as new condition’ both unwashed and unworn, within the original box (where applicable), and crucially, with the item(s) tags still attached.

All items are subject to inspection.

Please note we do not accept returns for the following:

  • All nutrition products
  • Psychi chalk or any chalk product
  • Adapt tape and any other tape products
  • Underwear or socks
  • Mystery Box items


Returning an online purchase:

To make an online return, follow these simple steps:

  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Choose the item(s) you would like to return
  • Select your preferred method of return. 
  • Place your item(s) in the reusable shipping bag.
  • Drop off at nearest post office or drop off location.

Exchanges

Exchanges are now available for FREE through our returns platform! (Only in the UK)

We now offer a few different exchange options which are outlined below:

Products can be exchanged for;

  • a different size of the same product
  • anything else on our website
*Please note that exchanges are only issued once the product has been dropped off. In this time, your exchange product is not reserved, so it could go out of stock between the time of registering the return and dropping it off. Therefore, please try to drop it off ASAP to ensure you get the exchange.


Refunds

Once your items are received at our warehouse it can take up to 25 working days to process refunds. Funds will be credited back to the original method of payment and can take up to 72 hours to appear in your account.
